Return and Refund Policy

At Creative Kids Castle, we take pride in providing high-quality products. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

Returns for Defective Products Only

We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.

How to Request a Return for a Defective Item:

  1. Email us at hello@creativekidscastle.com with the subject line: "Return Request – Defective Item".
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the defect
    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect
  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your return request is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
  • Shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that are not defective
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital Downloads
  • Gift cards

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
